Labor Day, Central Park

Monday was Margaret's first trip into the city, and she was suitably impressed. We took a stroll through the west side of the park between 86th and 72nd Sts., stopped to find tutrles behind the rocks at the rowboat pond (no luck), and had a snack in one of the bazillion playgrounds we passed. NYC is spectacular on summer holidays with everyone out of town, and the weather on Monday was perfect.
