Paramus Run 2008
The residents of Schneiderville returned to From Road today for the Paramus Run, in what has now become an annual family tradition. The weather was so perfect for running that I'm sure both Dylan and Runner Susan would have BQ'd if these conditions had been present last weekend in Chicago. I missed a 5K PR by nine seconds, but Margaret and Cal each established new personal marks in the 1-mile run.

Rich - how's it feel after doing the 5K a week after Chicago? I'm a little tender still after doing six miles this morning.
