Dale hosted another in a long string of summer bashes on Sunday, and Cal got the chance to jump in the pool and play with a bunch of cousins. Only Walt and Luke were missing from the Stony Point Schneider crew, so Cal spent a few cautious hours mingling among Coursen, Taylor, Lee, Beau, and Patty. His daredevil side emerged in the pool and he wore Katie out with 300 rounds of 'put-me-on-the-raft-and catch-me-when-I-jump and-do-it-again.' Lots of fruit salad, some excellent lemon icees, and a quick wave to the mayor were also on his agenda, but Cal still made time to chill out in his new Buzz Lightyear beach chair. The day's only sour note? The look on Taylor's face when she realized that Misha really didn't go to live on a farm.
