So, with the 'picture is worth a thousand words' theme in mind, here's what we've been up to...
Margaret Anne on her big day. You would never know it from this picture, but she really put the good acoustics in the church to work, booming world-class cries, screams and wails off of every surface before, during and after the ceremony.
Here MaryLiz, the Godmother, shows just the right amount of reverence during Margaret Anne's christening. With Trevor's stand-in TA, Katie, MA, Rich, Cal and Nora.
Cal dressed as Paul Robinson for Halloween. I'm pretty sure he was the only kid in all of Elmwood Park dressed as the England goalkeeper. Thanks to Brett and Jen and Gage for the kit.
Katie, Maggie and Cal chillin' in Central Park on Marathon Sunday.
The guy on the left with the green and red shoes went on to win the race. We watched the men's and women's leaders from a spot between the 24 and 25 mile markers on a picture-perfect day.
This picture pretty much sums up Cal's existence over the last few days. We had a rehearsal birthday celebration on Wednesday, first with Shannon, Morgan and Audrey, and later with Nana and PopPop. Here he kicks back in his new tent with his new puzzle, his new flashlight and a ton of balloons.
Cal, wearing his birthday crown, checks in on his little sister.
Cal shares his new best friend with Maggie. He still doesn't want her in the tent, though.
*apologies to Allen Ginsberg.
